The transaction will include participation from Shenzhen Yuntu Asset Management Service Co., Ltd. for proceeds of CNY 50,999,988.80; China International Capital Corporation Limited,Investment Arm for CNY 24,999,982.82; Nuode Asset Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 15,999,980.75 and other investors. The shares issued will be subject to a hold period of 6 months.
