Grange Resources Limited Appoints Chongtao Xu as Board of Directors

Grange Resources Limited announced the appointment of Chongtao Xu to the Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Xu specialises in investment of upstream and downstream processes for steel producers.
Mr. Xu is a former head of steel merger & acquisition division of Shagang Investment Holding Co Ltd. Mr. Xu has extensive management experience in numerous private equity projects. Mr. Xu managed a portfolio with the marketable value of over AUD 4 billion. Mr. Xu has an MSc of materials for energy and environment from the University College London.

Grange Resources Limited is an Australia-based company that owns and operates an integrated iron ore mining and pellet production business located in the northwest region of Tasmania. The principal activities of the Company consist of the mining, processing and sale of iron ore, and the ongoing exploration, evaluation and development of mineral resources. Its projects include Savage River, Port Latta and Southdown. The Savage River project is a magnetite iron ore mine that is located approximately 100 kilometers (km) southwest of the city of Burnie. The Port Latta project is located approximately 70 km northwest of Burnie, and its 100%-owned pellet plant and port facility at Port Latta produce approximately 2.2 million tons of iron ore products annually. The Southdown Magnetite Project is located approximately 90 km from Albany in Western Australia's Great Southern region. The Southdown Project is a joint venture between Grange (70%) and SRT Australia Pty Ltd (30%).
