Geo Holdings Corporation (TSE:2681) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 3,300,000 shares, representing 7.78% of the outstanding shares for ¥5,237.10 million. The shares will be repurchased from Jokuraya who wants to sell 3,000,000 shares and from other shareholders.
The program will run until December 19, 2022. As of November 17, 2022, the company had 42,419,952 shares outstanding (excluding treasury).
