Fujio Food Group Inc, formerly Fujio Food System Co Ltd is a Japan-based company engaged in the operation of various restaurants and the restaurant franchising business. The Company operates in two business segments. The Direct Management segment is engaged in operation of Japanese restaurants under the name Maidookinishokudo, Kushiyamonogatari, Tezukuri Izakaya Kappogi and Surumaru. The Franchise Chain (FC) segment is engaged in management and guidance of the franchise business.
