Nanjing Zhaoxi Management Co., Ltd.-Zhaoxi Yingfeng No. 5 Private Securities Investment Fund agreed to acquire 7% of stake in Fortune Ng Fung Food Co.,Ltd from Fucheng Investment Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 460 million.

The company's main products include aged beef, fresh milk products, deep processing meat, cooked food processing and quick-frozen food.
