Filinvest Development Corporation is engaged in real estate operations as a developer of residential subdivisions and mixed-use urban projects. The Company’s segments include Real Estate Operations, which is involved in acquisition of land, planning and development of large-scale residential communities, as well as the development and sale of residential lots, housing units, farm estates, industrial parks, residential resort projects and condominium buildings; Hospitality Operations, which involves operation of hotels, including management of resorts, villas, golf course and service apartment; Banking and Financial Services, which involves a range of financial services to consumer and corporate clients; Power and Utility Operations, which involves operation of power plants and supply of power to off-takers, and Sugar Operations, which involves operation of agricultural lands for planting and cultivating farm products and operation of a sugar central for the purpose of milling.
