Magnus Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive KRW 90 billion in funding from FILA Holdings Corporation

Magnus Holdings Co., Ltd. announced a private placement of 45,000 common shares at a price of KRW 2,000,000 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 90,000,000,000 on June 16, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, FILA Holdings Corporation (KOSE:A081660) to retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. Post closing, the total number of shares issued will increase from 876,178 shares to 921,178 shares. The payment date for the transaction is June 23, 2021.
Fila Holdings Corp, formerly Fila Korea Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and distribution of sports casual clothing, shoes and others.
