FBN Holdings Plc is a Nigeria-based diversified financial services company. Its segments include Commercial Banking Business Group, Merchant Banking and Asset Management Business Group, and Others. The Commercial Banking Business Group provides both individual and corporate clients/ customers with financial intermediation services. This business segment includes the Company’s local, international, and representative offices offering commercial banking services. The Merchant Banking and Asset Management Business Group provides advisory, asset management, markets, and private equity services to a large institutional (corporations and governments) clientele, as well as merchant banking services.
