Far East Smarter Energy : Jiang Xipei Made a Special Report on Report Meeting of Ideal and Faith Education Practice for Non-public Economical Persons

On August 20, the advance meeting, report meeting of ideal and faith education practice for non-public economical persons was held in Wuxi. Jiang Xipei, vice Chairman of Jiangsu Federation of Industry and Commerce as well as of Chairman the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Party Committee Secretary of Far East Holding Group Co., Ltd. made a special report on ideal and faith, shared Far East's experience of keeping ideal and faith and making continuous innovation and development for the last 24 years, enlightened participating non-public economical persons and entrepreneurs to further build consensus, identified the orientation and target of current reform, and assembled positive energy for the development of private enterprises.

Jiang Xipei believes that, only keeping the ideal and faith of understanding the principles of right and wrong, understanding the significant of taking the general situation into account, integrating self enterprise features, and stimulating enterprise ability of making sustainable profits can support an enterprise to develop, expand and go further. Against the background of complex and uncertain economic climate, the enterprise development is generally affected by product, technology, talent, management and other factors, amid increasing survival and development pressure. At such historical moment, an entrepreneur must realize the circumstance, be firm in determination, and be fully aware of the historical task.

An enterprise must have clear strategic orientation in development

The key to doing a good enterprise is to have clear strategic orientation. An enterprise without strategy is hard to make sustainable development, and an enterprise must be fully aware of the importance of strategy. Far East confirmed the development strategy orientation of "main business + investment" five years ago, took cable, pharmacy, agrochemical, real estate and investment as five industrial sectors, joined in 22 private equity funds, and invested in nearly 300 enterprises. In early 2014, Far East confirmed the orientation of group global investment management expert; in August, the listed company Far East Cable Co., Ltd. officially changed its name into Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd, and transformed into integrated solution provider of smart energy. Every step of strategic adjustment has reflected Far East's decision of seizing up the situation, which is continuous innovation of all staff from strategy to tactic in the aspects of system, production, technology, marketing, management, culture, etc., thus realizing company promotion from every dimensionality and abilities. Far East has experienced five major restructurings, which has exploited current reform opportunities to provide guarantee for enterprise development and growth. Rather than just for feeding family, Far East has made these changes for strengthening development faith, adhering to ideals and dreams, achieving courses, and more for the trust and responsibility.

An enterprise must grasp three dividends for the development

Jiang Xipei believes that no period has been more complex and multitudinous than today, when various reforms come one after another, and no area or enterprise may keep itself out of reforms. Against the background, an enterprise must seize up the situation and firmly grasp the development opportunities of three dividends.

The first is the reform dividend. The government adheres to top-level design, takes the road of democracy and legal system, insists on comprehensive system reform, enforces relevant laws, and pushes forward all these measures, which will certainly bring huge dividends to all industries. And there dividends, if grasped by those who are prepared, qualified and capable, will create more values.

The second is the talent dividend. That's nowhere near enough for entrepreneurs to have understanding over talents, but an era produces heroes and hero creates era, which will make all people realize an era of talent competition. As far as Far East is concerned, it is of utmost importance to master how to attract, retain and use the world's best talents.

The last is credit dividend. Jiang Xipei expresses that although current business environment is not the optimal or even worse, however, with the building of credit system of the whole society, the credit value is huge, and enterprises and individuals which adhere to credit deserve better return.

An enterprise must adhere to quality brand for the development

"Credit is the foundation of an enterprise. Throughout history, no enterprise without credit has any vitality." Jiang Xipei believes, enterprise credit is reflected in all aspects from product quality to service level, and every aspect reflects an enterprise's attitude towards credit.

Far East has always attached great importance to quality brand. In the industry field, Far East united with 11 well-known provincial optical cable enterprises to establish Jiangsu Optical & Electric Cable Industry Chamber of Commerce, which has over 140 membership units, covering 10 provincial municipalities. By relying on chamber platform, Far East has given full play to its bridge and bond role between government and enterprise, assisted government in strengthening self-discipline management of optical and cable industry, and maintained fair competition among industries.

Meanwhile, Far East has jointly prepared China Cable Chamber of Commerce with other enterprises, rendered monitoring service of up-to-date price market quotation through "Dianlan.cn", an independent third-party advisory agency, and notified relevant enterprises, competent authorities, location quality supervision department, administration for industry and commerce, price control authorities and other government organizations of possible lawbreaking and illegal activities which might taken by bid winners during the course of performance in the form of Monitoring Reminder. The measure has also been recognized and supported by the overwhelming majority of enterprises both inside and outside the industry.
