Evli Oyj (HLSE:EVLI) agreed to acquire approximately 67% stake in Zenito Oy for approximately ?2.9 million on November 15, 2023. The remaining 33% stake will be retained by the company's founders. Zenito has reported revenue of ?1.3 million and operating profit of ?0.4 million for the financial year 2022.
The completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The transaction is expected to be finalized in the early part of 2024.
