Esker is forecasting sales of 178 ME in 2023, up 12% on 2022.

Despite this increase in activity, this specialist in the automation and dematerialization of business documents saw its operating income fall by 16% to 17.9 ME, while net income was down 17% to 14.8 ME.

FCF, on the other hand, rose by 57% to 15.5 ME.

Geographically, the Americas and Europe were the most dynamic regions, with sales growth of 15% and 14% respectively. The Asia-Pacific region also grew by 11% in a difficult economic climate.

Against this backdrop, Esker anticipates sales growth of 12 to 14% (excluding acquisitions and currency effects) for fiscal year 2024, with an operating margin of between 12 and 13% of sales. This outlook will be updated in forthcoming publications, says the company.
