Echomarketing Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A230360) announced a private placement of 135,155 common shares at a price of KRW 24,100 each for gross proceeds of KRW 3,257,235,500 on May 17, 2021. The company is raising funding through third party allocation method. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
Echo Marketing Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of apparel products. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Clothing Manufacturing and Sales segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of yoga wear, leggings, slacks and other clothing products. The Direct to Consumer (D2C) Commerce segment is engaged in the provision of e-commerce services. The Advertising Agency Service segment is engaged in the provision of advertising agency service for search engines, advertising agency service for play devices and other services.
