Business Summary

DZS, Inc. is a developer of network edge, connectivity and cloud software solutions enabling broadband everywhere. The Company delivers open and artificial intelligence (AI)-automated broadband networks that enable fixed and wireless gigabit connectivity everywhere. It provides a range of networking technologies, including broadband access, Ethernet switching, mobile backhaul, Passive Optical LAN and software-defined networks, to a diverse customer base. The Company primarily operates in Australia, Canada, Germany, Spain, Turkey, UAE and the United Kingdom, and has more than 300 customers across more than 50 countries in the Americas, EMEA, and Australia/New Zealand regions. Its products and services include Access Edge, Subscriber Edge, Optical Edge, Cloud Edge and Services. It offers a combination of broadband networking and cloud software portfolio with fiber extension, connected home, fixed wireless access (FWA) and industrial Internet of things (IIoT) portfolio.
