(KOSE:A001230) made an offer to acquire 36% stake in Dongkuk Steel Mill Company Limited (KOSE:A460860) for approximately KRW170 billion on August 29, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on October 16, 2023. Daishin Securities Co., Ltd. acted as financial advisor to Dongkuk Holdings Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A001230).
