Digital Arts Inc. (TSE:2326) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 120,000 shares, representing 0.85% of its share capital, for ¥500 million. The program is aimed at improving capital efficiency and returning profits to shareholders.
The program will run until July 7, 2023. As of April 30, 2023, the company had 14,039,167 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 93,833 shares in treasury.
