Benefit One Inc. cancelled the acquisition of 7.19% stake in Data Horizon Corporation from Yoshio Utsumi.

DATA HORIZON CO., LTD. is a Japan-based company engaged in the medical-related information business. The Medical-related Information segment mainly provides medical-related information services and medical-related information systems. The medical-related information services business develops software using medical-related databases created by the Company, and mainly provides data health-related services using this software to insurers and others. The information services for insurers analyze the receipt and medical checkup data received from the insurers, prepare the data health plan and support healthcare business, optimize medical expenses, notify health promotion, and check for receipt of generic drugs. In addition to the provision of the system, the Company also provides a new polypharmacy service.
