On Friday, Cybergun announced the signature of an agreement between its Verney-Carron subsidiary, which specializes in weapons manufacturing, and Rivolier, a distributor of hunting and shooting equipment.

This exclusive agreement for the French market covers the entire range of hunting rifles and shotguns manufactured and marketed by Verney-Carron, as well as its sub-lethal flash-ball launchers.

The agreement does not, however, cover other security and defense products marketed under the Lebel brand.

For Verney-Carron, this partnership should generate sales growth in the French hunting market, without any additional investment.

While the terms of the agreement remain confidential, the development plan calls for sales to rise from one million euros in 2023 to almost seven million euros by 2026.

Cybergun shares were up 3% on Friday on the Paris Bourse following this news.
