Crops Corporation signed an agreement to acquire MOBILEDREAM Co., Ltd. from My.Tech Co., Ltd..

Crops Corp is a Japan-based company engaged in mobile communication business, store sublease business, stationery packaging and materials wholesale business. It operates through five business segments. Mobile Communications segment is engaged in the operation of au shop in Aichi, Mie, Gifu, Shizuoka, Tokyo, and Kanagawa, and the operation of UQ Mobile in Aichi and Mie.
