Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. (TSE:8844) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 400,000 shares, representing 1.18% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to deliver treasury shares to the shareholders.

The program will continue through February 28, 2023. As of March 31, 2022, the company has 33,884,411 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 26,808 treasury shares.
