Corporacion Actinver SAB de CV is a Mexican holding company primarily engaged in the financial sector. Its services are oriented towards private and corporate clients and they include investment funds, online trading, brokerage services, wealth management, retirement plans, currency exchange, trust services and analysis research. Its subsidiaries are Servicios Financieros Actinver S de RL de CV, Servicios Actinver SA de CV, Actinver Holdings Inc and Actinver Consultoria, among others. Additionally, through Grupo Financiero Actinver SA de CV, it owns such indirect subsidiaries as Banco Actinver SA, a banking institution; Actinver-Lloyd SA, an investment company; Actinver Financial SA de CV, an operator of mutual funds, and Actinver Casa de Bolsa SA de CV, a brokerage house. In May 2014, the Company raised its interest to 99.999% from 85%, by acquiring a further 14.999% stake, in Arrendadora Actinver SA de CV, a provider of consumer leasing services.
