Chun Yuan Steel Industry Co., Ltd. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was TWD 5,671.45 million compared to TWD 6,161.58 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 211.85 million compared to TWD 80.72 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.33 compared to TWD 0.12 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.33 compared to TWD 0.12 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was TWD 15,929.6 million compared to TWD 19,048.29 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 617.79 million compared to TWD 499.19 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.95 compared to TWD 0.77 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 0.95 compared to TWD 0.77 a year ago.
