The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of the Chinese Energy Holdings Limited informed the shareholders (the " Shareholders ") of the Company and potential investors that, according to the preliminary review of an unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group, the unaudited consolidated loss attributable to owners of the Company (the "Consolidated Loss") for the three months ended 30 June 2022 is expected to be significantly increased by approximately 944.17% in comparison with the same period of last year. The Board considered that the deterioration in the performance of the Group was mainly attributable to global supply chain disruptions. For such reason, revenue was significantly decreased by approximately 71.73% and provision of impairment loss under expected credit loss ("ECL") model on a trade receivable was significantly increased by approximately 180.23%.
