(TWSE:3003), Chang Yee Steel Co., Ltd. and Ever Wealthy International Corporation agreed to acquire 36.63% stake in Honley Auto.Parts Co., Ltd. from Changchun Engley Automobile Industry Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:601279) for CNY 150 million on July 8, 2022. GAINS Investment will acquire 26.412902 million shares, China Steel Global will acquire 2.616182 million shares, K.S. Terminals will acquire 15.398579 million shares, Chang Yee Steel will acquire 6.804309 million shares and King Yu Fang Enterprise will acquire 10.362344 million shares in Honley Auto.Parts. The board resolution date is July 8, 2022. Honley Auto.Parts has reported CNY 2.125803 million and net profit of CNY -0.158697 million in December 31, 2021.
