The Bank of France rating attests to the company's overall credit worthiness over a three-year period and consists of two components: a rating for business volume and a credit rating.

This first component measures business volume according to revenue with the

B rating corresponding to between €150 million and €750 million.

The second component reflects the company's ability to meet its financial obligations over a three-year period. Out of a scale of 13, 3++ is the top score.

CIS' 3+ credit rating is thus particularly high.

Furthermore, because of the intrinsic nature of CIS business conducted in emerging countries the Group is technically excluded from receiving the top rating of 3++.
