Noguchi Co., Ltd. signed a contract to acquire remaining 50% stake in kagayaku-manabiya Inc. from Care Twentyone Corporation for ¥5 million.

CARE TWENTYONE CORPORATION is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of nursing care services. The Company provides home care services, which include visiting nurse services, visiting bathing services, visiting rehabilitation services, day care services, short-term nursing home services, as well as specialized facilities care services, among others; care prevention services, which include care prevention visiting nurse services, care prevention visiting bathing services and care prevention short-term nursing home services, among others, as well as facility services for old folks' homes, old folks' nursing facilities and medical care facilities.
