Hoist In Negotiations To Acquire Assets In GetBack

Hoist Finance AB (publ) (OM:HOFI) is still in negotiations to acquire non-performing assets from GetBack S.A. (WSE:GBK). Hoist confirmed that they are in the final stages of reaching an agreement of acquiring approximately one-third of the total non-performing assets owned by GetBack.

The Company's activities are divided into two segments: Proprietary Funds and Third-Party Funds. The Proprietary Funds division focuses on the recovery of liabilities for its own account using securitization funds and securitization firms owned by the GetBack Group, such as easyDebt NSFIZ, Universe 3 NSFIZ, GetPro NSFIZ, Open Finance Wierzytelnosci NSFIZ and Bakura Sp z o o.
