MUNICH (dpa-AFX) - IT service provider Cancom expects significant growth in the current year in a difficult environment. Revenue is expected to increase from 1.52 billion euros in the previous year to between 1.75 and 2.0 billion euros, as the company announced in Munich on Thursday. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization should rise to between 130 and 155 million euros. This would be an increase of up to a third compared to the previous year. Analysts had previously predicted figures at the lower end of the forecast range.

The Bechtle competitor had already presented key figures for the previous year. The consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders rose from 30.8 to 36.8 million euros. As expected, Cancom intends to keep the dividend stable at 1.00 euro per share./men/jha/
