Bull-Dog Sauce Co., Ltd. (TSE:2804) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 35,000 shares, representing 0.51% of the outstanding shares, at ¥2,149 per share for ¥75.22 million. Shares will be repurchased in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Off-Auction Own Share Repurchase Trading (ToSTNeT-3). The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of December 31, 20176 the company had 6,927,015 shares outstanding and 50,425 shares in treasury.
