An undisclosed buyer will acquire 28.62% stake in Bronco Billy Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ: 3091) on January 19, 2012. Buyer will acquire 0.95 million shares. The top shareholder will become the second major shareholder reducing its stake from 23.85% to 8.69% stake. The second major shareholder will become the third major shareholder reducing its stake from 14.78% to 4.1% stake. The transaction is expected to close on January 25, 2012.

It operated about 134 restaurants in Aichi, Gifu, Mie, Shizuoka, Tokyo, Saitama, Kanagawa, Chiba, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo and Nara.
