BH Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A090460) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to KRW 5,000 million worth of its shares, under the contract with samsung securities co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to enhance shareholders' value and to stabilize the share price. The program will be valid until May 14, 2023.
As of November 14, 2022, the company had 2,586,488 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
BH Co Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture of flexible printed circuit boards (FPCBs). The Companyâs products include single sided FPCBs, double sided FPCBs, multi-layer FPCBs, radio frequency (RF) FPCBs, build up FPCBs and rigid FPCBs, which are used for mobile phones, plasma display panels (PDPs), personal computers (PCs), cameras, camcorders, PDP televisions (TVs) and others. In addition, the Company engages in investment and trade business and real estate development and consulting business. The Company sells its products in domestic and overseas markets such as China, Japan, Europe and America.
