Besterra Co., Ltd. (TSE:1433) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 150,000 shares, representing 1.8% of the outstanding shares for ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until June 15, 2018. As of January 31, 2018, the company had 8,353,200 shares outstanding and 0 shares in treasury.
Besterra Co Ltd is engaged in providing demolition works for steel, electricity, gas, oil and other plant. The Company mainly providing general engineering service, including construction methods proposal, design, construction planning, subcontracting and equipment arrangement, construction management, safety management, cost management, fund management and administrative support. Its main business includes apple peel method, dismantling method of boiler, asbestos removal work, poly chlorinated biphenyl (PCB)-related work, among others. The Company also engages in the dispatching business, the design business for aerospace equipment, energy related equipment and industrial machinery.
