The Tea division of the Company consists of about three tea estates having a total gross area of approximately 777.38 hectares (ha) and a planted area of approximately 621.73 (ha) and an annual production of about 1.4 million kilograms (kg) of black tea with a total production capacity of around 2.4 million kg. The Real Estate Division is engaged in the selling of developed plots. Its Asarwa Mills is engaged in weaving of all types of suiting and shirting fabrics and dyeing, bleaching, and processing of various types of fabrics.
