As of March 31, 2023, Guangdong Didu New Energy Co., Ltd generated total assets of CNY 73.9 million and net assets of CNY 24.4 million. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Beijing Changjiu Logistics Co., Ltd and is subject to shareholders approval.

On May 30, 2023, the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of Beijing Changjiu Logistics Co.,Ltd approved the transaction.
