BANYAN TREE HOLDINGS LIMITED: RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Banyan Tree Holdings Limited ('BTH, and together with its subsidiaries, the 'BTH Group') wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Kuan Yoke Kay as Company Secretary of BTH with immediate effect.

Ms Kuan was the Acting Company Secretary, representing Tricor WP Corporate Services Pte Ltd

as the nominee secretary of BTH. The Board wishes to take this opportunity to express its appreciation to Ms Kuan for her service during her tenure as Company Secretary.

The Board is deliberating on the appointment of a Company Secretary from within the BTH Group.

The appointment will be announced in due course.
