BENGALURU (Reuters) - Indian non-banking lender Bajaj Finance reported a 21% rise in fourth-quarter profit on Thursday, aided by steady loan demand.
Consolidated profit after tax rose to 38.25 billion rupees ($459.15 million) in the three months to March 31 from 31.58 billion rupees a year earlier.
Consolidated numbers include the businesses of the lender's subsidiaries, Bajaj Housing Finance and Bajaj Financial Securities.
