Atland reports consolidated net income after tax (group share) of 9.3 million euros for 2022, down 42% due mainly to the postponement to 2023 of the arbitrages plan and corporate income tax on capital gains.

Restated recurring EBITDA rose by 35% to €30.6 million, on sales up 16% to €186.7 million, with revenue growth driven by asset management activities (+29%).

These results enable the real estate company to propose the payment of a cash dividend of two euros per share for the 2022 financial year, up 14% on the previous year.
