Asukanet Co., Ltd. (TSE:2438) signed a contract to acquire BET Co., Ltd. from Kengo Fukami and Shogo Wanikawa for ¥400 million on November 17, 2023. As part of transaction, 12,500 shares will be acquired. Kengo Fukami will continue to engage in BET Co., Ltd. management as representative director. Asukanet to use its own funds to finance the acquisition. The transaction is expected to complete on December 4, 2023.
