Ashley Gold Corp. entered into a letter of intent to acquire Burnthut Property for CAD 0.4 million.

Ashley Gold Corp. is a Canada-based early-stage natural resource company engaged primarily in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral projects. The Company has acquired 100% of the Tabor Lake Lease subject to a 1.5% royalty, 100% of the Santa Maria Project subject to a 1.75% royalty, 100% interest in the Howie Lake Project subject to a 0.5% royalty and 100% interest in the Alto-Gardnar Project subject to a 0.5% royalty. The Tabor Lake property is located approximately 40 kilometers (km) southeast of Dryden, Ontario and is accessible by travelling 35 km east of Dryden. The Company owns 64 mining claims over approximately 1000 hectares (ha) just south of Ashley’s Tabor Lake Mine Project. The Howie Lake Property is located 55 km to the southeast of Dryden, Ontario. It owns 15 claim block (315 ha) located 50 km east of Dryden, Ontario.
