Art Vivant Co., Ltd. (TSE:7523) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 550,000 shares, representing 5.14% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥652.3 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥1,186 per share.
The purpose of the program is to enable the implementation of agile capital policies that flexibly respond to changes in the business environment. As of March 8, 2024, the company has 10,697,569 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and has 2,266,247 treasury shares.
