Japan Best Rescue System Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2453) agreed to acquire additional 14.52% minority stake in Aqualine Ltd. (TSE:6173) from Tsuyoshi Ogakiuchi for approximately ¥160 million on February 10, 2022. Under the terms, 323,000 shares will be acquired. Japan Best Rescue System Co.,Ltd. (TSE:2453) also enters into n underwriting offering for 140,000 shares ¥70.98.
Japan Best Rescue will use own funds for the payment of consideration. Transaction is expected to close on February 28, 2022.
