Altech Co., Ltd. (TSE:9972) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 870,000 shares, representing 6.03% of its issued share capital for ¥200 million. The purpose of the program is to to acquire treasury stock in order to strengthen shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency.

The program will run until August 31, 2022. As of May 31, 2022, the company had 14,428,778 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 4,925,818 shares in treasury.
