Zeitfracht Logistik GmbH completed the acquisition of Cargo GmbH from Air Berlin PLC.

The Company is part of the airberlin group, which is is made up of the Austrian airline NIKI Luftfahrt GmbH (NIKI), the Swiss airline Belair Airlines AG (Belair Airlines) and airberlin technik GmbH.
