EChem Solutions Corp. has completed an IPO in the amount of TWD 440 million.

Advanced Echem Materials Co Ltd, formerly eChem Solutions Corp, is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in semiconductor-related businesses. The Company belongs to the upstream material development and manufacturing suppliers in the electronics industry supply chain, including the semiconductor and display industries. Its main business items are semiconductor micro-etching products and key material products for various types of display panels, and the design and development of special electronic materials related to the manufacture of semiconductor processes. The Company's main products include photoresists and related materials for thin-film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) displays, photoresists and related materials for organic light-emitting diode (OLED) displays, photoresists and related materials for contact image sensors (CIS), and materials for semiconductor microimaging processes for integrated circuits (ICs).
