Adani Wilmar Limited reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was INR 128,283.6 million compared to INR 154,380.5 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 128,876 million compared to INR 155,155.5 million a year ago. Net income was INR 2,008.9 million compared to INR 2,461.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 1.55 compared to INR 1.89 a year ago.

Net loss was INR 87.6 million compared to net income of INR 4,885.1 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was INR 0.07 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of INR 3.76 a year ago.
Adani Wilmar Limited is a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company. It offers kitchen commodities for Indian consumers, including edible oil, wheat flour, rice, pulses, and sugar. Additionally, it has branded health and convenience product portfolio that includes Rice Bran oil, Blended oil, soya nuggets, Chana Sattu, biryani kit and khichdi. Its segments include Edible Oils, Food & FMCG, and Industry Essentials. The Edible Oils segment is engaged in buying and manufacturing edible oils. The Food & FMCG segment is engaged in the buying and manufacturing of food products. The Industry Essentials segment is engaged in buying and manufacturing nonedible oils and chemical products. It offers a diverse range of industry essentials, including oleochemicals, castor oil and its derivatives and de-oiled cakes. It sells its entire range of packed products in edible oil and food FMCG segment under various brands, such as Fortune, Kingâs, Raag, Bullet, Fryola, Jubilee, Aadhar, and Kohinoor.
