BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds, has declared to the AMF that on February 12 it crossed below the threshold of 5% of Accor's capital and held 12,081,841 shares, representing 4.79% of the capital and 3.78% of the voting rights of the hotel chain.

The American asset management giant points out that this threshold crossing is the result of an off-market and on-market sale of Accor shares and a reduction in the number of shares held as collateral.
