AB S.A. (WSE:ABE) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 3,193,079 shares, for PLN 16.19 million. The purchase price of the shares may not exceed PLN 79 per share.
The funds allocated for the repurchase of shares will come from the reserve capital established for this purpose. The program will last until December 20, 2023 or until the maximum amount is exhausted.
