Statement of the Management Board concerning the reliability of the abbreviated consolidated financial statements

The Management Board of AB S.A. as the parent entity states that in the light of facts known to and documents held by the Management Board as at the date hereof, in accordance with our best knowledge and acting in the best economic interests of the Group, the attached abbreviated consolidated interim financial statements and the comparable data have been prepared in accordance with IAS 34. The financial statements present the economic and financial position and results of the Group in a true, reliable, and transparent manner. The semi-annual report of the Management Board on the operations of the Group presents a true view of the development and achievements and a position of the Group, including a description of basic threats and risks, in compliance with the above regulations and the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic disclosure by issuers of securities and conditions to recognise as equivalent the information that is required by the provisions of the law in Non-Member States of 29 March 2018 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757)

The submitted abbreviated semi-annual financial statements have been prepared using the uniform accounting standards in all presented periods.
