AllTele Allmänna Svenska Telefonaktiebolaget (publ) (OM:ATEL A) acquired It-Total Sweden Ab from IT Total Sverige AB on May 9, 2017. The deal was self financed. IT-Total reported annual turnover of approximately SEK 24 million and EBITDA of around SEK 2 million. Hamilton acted as legal adviser to AllTele Allmänna Svenska Telefonaktiebolaget.
