With reference to the current report 25/2020 of 30 July 2020, the Management Board of ZUE S.A. with registered office in Cracow (the "Company") inform about the receipt on 22 March 2021 of the signed annex to premium multi-purpose credit line agreement (the "Agreement") entered into between the Company and BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (the "Bank") whereby the credit limit granted to the Company was increased from PLN 30m to PLN 65m. The limit will be available after the following guarantee has been established by Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego.
The types of security for the repayment under the Agreement have not changed but the amount of the repayment guarantee of up to 80% of the advanced credit has changed; i.e. up to PLN 52m.
Pursuant to the Agreement, the credit tenor is until 30 July 2030 and under the annex, the credit is available until 30 July 2022.
The remaining terms of the Agreement concerning the Company's use of the products and services offered by BNP have not changed significantly and are typical for such kind of agreements.
With reference to the current report 1/2020, the Company's Management Board inform about the receipt on 22 March 2021 of the signed annex to the bond line agreement with BNP (the "Agreement no. 2") whereby the line would be available until 21 March 2022 and the tenor was extended until 28 February 2031. The remaining terms of the Agreement no. 2 concerning the Company's use of the products and services offered by BNP have not changed significantly and are typical for such kind of agreements.
