Goldensea Sanki (Thailand) Company Limited announced a placement of common shares for gross proceeds of $24,500,000 on April 20, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, Zhejiang Goldensea Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved at the 22nd meeting of Zhejiang Goldensea Hi-Tech Co., Ltd's fourth directorate and does not need the shareholders' approval.
Zhejiang Goldensea Hi-Tech Co Ltd, formerly Zhejiang Goldensea Environment Technology Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in the research, development and manufacturing of high-performance filter materials, functional filter materials and functional filters.
